We cover all utility bills and council tax expenses at the property. We ask landlords to maintain the council tax under their name during the agreement. Similar to rent, we pay the council tax costs in advance each month.

  • When the guests leaves we have a cleaning team that solves all of these cleaning issues
  • And of course we need to make sure the property is in top condition so we can keep attracting our clients.
  • Also every month we do a deep clean so nothing is missed out.
  • Any damages from our clients on the property is our responsibility and it would be on us to fix that.
  • We take a deposit down from our guests and if in breach of any violations we keep their deposit.
  • If the damages is more than the deposit we take the hit and cover the costs.
  • Under no circumstances are you gonna have to fork out money and fix the damages.
